LENGTH & FREQUENCY OF LESSONS

Lessons are either 30 or 60 minutes in length. (I recommend 30 minutes for young children, 60 minutes for older children and adults.) Lessons can be weekly or bi-weekly.

PAYMENT POLICY 

Tuition may be paid monthly or on a semester basis. (A discount applies for semester registration, which covers 16 weeks.) Payment is due at the first monthly lesson or at the beginning of the semester.

CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY 

Please notify Steve at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make a lesson. With 24 hours’ notice, he will make every effort to schedule a make-up lesson at another mutually convenient time. Without 24 hours’ notice, a make-up lesson will not be scheduled and there will be no refund for the missed lesson.

TEACHER CANCELLATIONS 

If Steve cancels a lesson due to illness or an unavoidable conflict, he will try to reschedule it at a mutually convenient time. If that is not possible, he will refund the full lesson fee.
